You can complete the entire rental and payment process online only. After making a reservation through the website, you pay the deposit with a credit card. After returning the borrowed bike, we will send the difference between the deposit and the rental amount back to your account.

The bicycle can be picked up and returned at Velocity Lamačská cesta 8/A, 811 04, Bratislava. During working days and hours, a collection point is available at the rear of the store. On Saturday, you pick up/return the bike directly at the store.

The bike must be picked up and returned exactly at the time you enter when creating the online order. You can find the opening hours of the rental office in the contacts of the website.

Each bike is ready with platform pedals installed, but if you are interested in SPD or road pedals, just mention it in the notes when ordering. You can also borrow a helmet, GPS navigation Wahoo Roam.
